RAL or PANTONE colors are what we call decorative or special colors. These cannot be reproduced within normal color spaces. Therefore, these colors are specially mixed in advance and have unique colorations outside the possible color spectrum of a standard color model.
We can use color references in RAL or PANTONE as a guideline for your color preference; however, achieving a hundred percent match to these tones is unfortunately not guaranteed. If the specified RAL or PANTONE color cannot be precisely reproduced from our range, we will promptly get in touch with you.

Fluorescent or neon colors are extremely bright and vivid. Fluorescent pigments do not glow in the dark; they only achieve their vibrant effect under natural or UV light. It's essential not to confuse them with phosphorescent colors/films, which do glow in the dark. PC or smartphone screens can only partially reproduce the brightness of fluorescent colors. Depending on the lighting conditions, the luminosity of neon films may decrease over time.

Unlike the Wheelsticker Standard, the Wheelsticker Premium uses white vinyl that is digitally printed and sealed with a protective laminate after the printing process. This opens up a variety of design possibilities, specifically allowing for gradients, images, and more in a Wheelsticker Premium design without any issues. Additionally, the Wheelsticker Premium covers the entire rim edge and the complete rim bed. This minimizes vulnerabilities to external influences. Wheelsticker Premium is extremely durable and easy to handle.

As this is a product produced using digital printing, it is challenging to implement neon and metallic colors. These colors would need to be cut out beforehand and applied to the product by hand before lamination. Since this involves numerous additional steps and the amount of neon film used can vary significantly, we only provide individual quotes for such requests. If you are interested in stickers with neon or metallic foil parts, you can easily share your ideas with us.

If you're not quite sure if the standard dimensions fit your rims or if you want stickers for unusual rim sizes or widths, you can measure your rims with a simple trick and order customized Wheelstickers from us. Adapting Wheelstickers to special sizes is usually free of charge. For measuring, it's best to use simple masking tape. Place it at a right angle from the rim edge to the spokes on your rims. Then, mark the outer edge of the rim on the inner edge of the rim horn on the masking tape using a pen (pencil/ballpoint pen). Next, mark the edge where your rim ends and the rim bed begins. In the rim bed, determine how far inward your sticker should go, and mark this spot as the last marking. Finally, carefully remove the masking tape and stick it to a piece of paper or wood. Measure the size using a ruler/tape measure.

Production usually takes a maximum of 2 working days. After receipt of payment, your design is printed and left to dry for 24 hours. Once the stickers are dry, the protective laminate is applied and the stickers are cut to size. The stickers are then packed and handed over to the respective shipping company. The delivery time is between 3 and 5 days in Germany.

Yes, you are welcome to send us your ideas here and we will create a design specially adapted to your ideas. You also have the option of creating a design with our configurator. Your logo can also be used for Wheelsticker Premium without any problems, but you should have good data available, preferably vector data.

The processing and adaptation of the supplied data can lead to different additional costs depending on the effort involved. In principle, vectorised data is required for the production of Wheelsticker Standard Sets. If vectorised data can be supplied, only minor editing of the data is necessary. However, care should always be taken to ensure that all corners are minimally rounded and details should not be smaller than 1 mm.
You will always receive a preview of the finished embroidery data for approval.
If the data has an extremely high number of punctures or fine details that require additional work when weeding, we charge an additional processing fee in advance.
All processing fees are charged only once; these processing fees are waived for repeat orders.

Step 1
- Clean the rim thoroughly and remove all oil, grease and dust residues.
Step 2
- Carefully peel off part of the wheel sticker
- Positioning the wheel sticker on the rim

- Wheelsticker piece by piece heating 10cm - 20cm
- Carefully brush the wheel sticker with your fingers towards the inside of the rim 5mm-7mm
- Turn the rim and brush the next piece of sticker into the rim bed
Step 4
- If air bubbles appear under the sticker, simply run your fingers over the sticker until the bubbles are completely removed.
- Finally, heat the sticker completely to create a good bond between the sticker and the rim.
If the wheel sticker becomes partially detached or bubbles appear afterwards, simply heat it up in these areas and press it back on.

If the sticker wrinkles during the installation process, you can easily remove it again...
Remove the rim sticker until the fold no longer adheres to the rim. Please work with clean fingers so that the adhesive surface does not get dirty and lose its adhesive power.
Now you can simply heat the rim sticker a little with the hair dryer and it will retract into its original shape. Please do not let it get too hot, so that the sticker is not damaged, just carefully blow-dry it until the sticker retracts.
Just wait a moment for the sticker to cool down again and continue with the usual assembly steps!
